ISTA
CAC is a member of the International Schools Theater Association (ISTA), which allows us to participate in drama festivals and IB workshops that are hosted by other international schools around the world. Individual festivals have different themes and focus on ensemble building or address specific theater skills through a series of workshops offered by local professionals as arranged by the host school. ISTA staff members who are flown in to run the festival and share their own expertise with students and teachers also support each festival. ISTA also provides an IB Theater Arts Program Symposium (TaPS) an invaluable experience for IB Theater students.
This year we will be attending the IB TaPS in London.
