Goals:
- Resolves differences and reduces conflicts peacefully
- Encourages the language that increases good will
- Improves the quality of relationships
- Meets needs through cooperation rather than competition
- Emphasizes taking responsibility for choices
- Creates more satisfying personal connections
- Creates solutions based on safety, mutual respect and consensus
Vision and Techniques:
- Deals with issues of bullying, friendships and cliques.
- Provides training on use of positive language and problem solving techniques
- Runs role-playing sessions and discussion seminars
- Examines hypothetical choices and their consequences
