Worlds View Hike - Drakensberg Mountains
On this hike we saw fascinating views and different types of wildlife. It was a 14 km hike which is around 4 1/2 hours there and back. We enjoyed cave paintings that were around 5000 years old (picture on the right). The hike itself was not difficult at all.
Safari
After the hike we went to Weenen Game Reserve. We saw numerous wildlife including Rhino, Zebra, Kudu, Reedbucks, and Jackal. We enjoyed our safari in a open top vehicle.
Township
We visited a local township and watched a traditional Zulu dance. Some of us joined into the dance. Afterwards we drove to another township and went to talk to a local traditional healer.
