Baked Doughnuts

In this cooking activity, children were provided with the recipe and were assigned to read ingredients by themselves. They measured ingredients with the appropriate measuring tool . It was impressive how each one contributed to the reading and execution of the recipe.

We couldn't get enough of it. It was delicious!!!

Pink and Purple Pasta

 

How do we make purple and pink pasta?

First, we decided to mix red and blue food coloring to make purple.

 

We got the purple color.

Then, we poured in our pasta.

We got our purple pasta!

But how about the pink pasta?

What colors do you mix to get pink?

We experimented by mixing cooking cream with a few drops of red food color.

We got our pink color!

Then, it's time to enjoy the Pink and Purple pasta.

Which one will taste better?

Some thought it would be the pink pasta because we put cream with it. Others thought,

no difference at all.

 

YUM!!!
