Math Concepts

 

Math Concepts in the Kindergarten classroom involve the children developing number sense, recognizing numerals and symbols, recognizing and developing patterns, matching sets, learning to sequence, and measuring and comparing through hands-on activities. We use the Trailblazers curriculum as a baseline and see what other interests the children have to take us to other mathematical avenues.
