Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 4 large eggs 1 can pumpkin mix 2 cans 12. oz. evaporated milk Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar and spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk Pour into pie shells. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 min's. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake for 40-45 min or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigirate. Enjoy!
