Application Fee

$350

Due at the time of application for admission or re-admission. This is a non-refundable fee credited to tuition.

Admissions Deposit 

$1,000

The deposit must be paid within 15 days of an offer of admission and will be credited to tuition. This deposit is refundable before May 15, 2009.  After May 15, this is a non-refundable deposit.

Registration Fee

$7,300

A one-time fee charged to new K-12 students only at the time of enrollment and payable with the first semester or first annual invoice.  This is a non-refundable fee unless the student is withdrawn within ten days following enrollment.

Plant Fee

$400

An annual fee charged to returning students and payable with the first semester fees.  This is a non-refundable fee unless the student is withdrawn within ten days of the start of the first semester.

Tuition Deposit for Returning Students

$1,000

Charged to all returning studentsto confirm a place for the 2009-10 school yearand payable by May 15, 2009.  This fee will be credited towards tuition.  After May 15, this is a non-refundable deposit.

2009-10 Tuition

  • $4,950 per semester for Pre-Kindergarten
  • $7,600 per semester for grades K-5
  • $7,800 per semester for grades 6-8
  • $7,880 per semester for grades 9-12 *

Tuition may be paid on a semester or annual basis.  Tuition is non-refundable unless the student is withdrawn within the first ten school days following enrollment.

Bus Service Fee

$475 per semester inside the Ma’adi area

$950 per semester outside the Ma’adi area

Charged to students from K-12 who sign up for bus transportation.  This fee is not pro-rated for students riding one way or fewer than 5 days per week.    Bus service is to/from specified predetermined pickup points. This is a non-refundable fee.

*High School Week Without Walls (WWW) fees are based on the cost of the specific activity.  These fees are assessed via separate billing and are not a part of the tuition fee structure.

Tuition and Fee invoices must be paid before the student can be admitted to class.

Tuition and Fee Due Dates:

  • First Semester or Annual by August 16, 2009
