If you are leaving CAC please follow the steps below so that withdrawal records can be compiled in a timely manner:

  • Inform the Admissions/Registrar’s Office of your child’s/children’s withdrawal from CAC by entering the required fields below (Student name, grade level, requestor name and withdrawal date)

  • Transcripts and report cards will only be issued to those students who have returned all school materials, including textbooks, library books, and CAC ID cards.

  • Pick up your records from the Admissions/Registrar’s Office and leave your forwarding address.

Records for withdrawing students will be available from the Registrar’s Office as of the following dates:

End of Semester 1 withdrawals:

Elementary School:    20 December, 2012 with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal.

Middle School:     Trimester 1 records on 20 December, 2012 with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal.

High School:     Previous year records on 20 December 2012 with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal. End of semester transcripts will be available on January 21, 2013 for pickup or forwarding.

 

End of year withdrawals:

Elementary School:     12 June 2013 with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal.

Middle School:     12 June 2013 with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal.

High School:     Semester 1 records on 12 June 2013 with prior notification; in all other cases, official records will be available within five working days of notification of withdrawal. End of year transcripts will be available on 19 June, 2013 for pickup or forwarding.

 

If your family is departing Egypt before the end of the current school year, a withdrawal form must be completed and turned in to the Admissions/Registrar‘s Office to release records.
