The first graders continued their rice is Kwayyis (rice is good) drive. This year they collected over 500 kilos of rice. This is the largest amount collected since the project was launched almost five years ago. The rice drive is a combination of their unit on nutritious food and their Egyptian Culture unit on the trip of the holy Family to Egypt. The collected amount was donated to the Church of Virgin Mary where believe the Holy Family have stayed for a while.
