During this adventure your child will be well ccared for by the chaperones on this trip. We have your child's safety as our first concern. On this trip we will be in communication with the Middle School office on a daily basis.

A brief update of each day will be poste in the Middle School Morning announcements.

In the desert area where we will be traveling there is no signal for cell phone reception, so we aadvise you to not send a cell phone with your child, as the probability of the phone being lost or damaged is very high. We will have satallite phones on the trip for emergency use.

If there is an emergency and you need to contact your child please do the following :

1. Contact the Middle School office and explain yor need to contact your child.
2. The Office will contact the trip leader.
3. The trip leader will provide your child the opportunity to communicate with you.
4. Follow-up procedure will be determined on a case by case basis.
