Paper
Reduce
- Reduce consumption by requesting copying to be double-sided whenever possible.
- Think about whether paper is the most efficient media for the purpose.
Reuse
- Establish a scratch paper tray in all classrooms and offices so paper is readily available to reuse.
Request scratch paper notepads (made from clean one-sided paper/paper scraps) from the copy center.
Recycle
- Place paper that has been fully used on both sides into the small green bins located in all classrooms and office areas.
- Paper for recycling is sent to the Association for the Protection of the Environment (APE) where it is made into stationery and greeting cards.
