Image Archives
If students are not able to create all of their images and graphics from scratch, there are many image archives available on the internet. Be sure to carefully read any copyright information and, of course, you must provide proper citations.

Other Tools
There are dozens of tools that you can use to add games, quizzes, animations, and other interactive features to your website. Interactivity can help enhance learning by offering alternative ways to approach a concept. For example, a paragraph of text about a car engine might be enhanced with an animation that demonstrates how the parts of the engine work.
It's important to caution students to use good judgment when adding these types of features. Putting too many flashy features on a page can easily overwhelm or annoy the user, make the page load very slowly, or even cause the browser to crash. Students should ask themselves: "Does this feature really enhance the educational value of our website, or do I just want to add this because it's 'cool'?"
It's also important for students to give proper credit if they use someone else's tools or code to create interactive features.
