Joined the Board in August 2017, as the Embassy Representative.  Wayne McDuffy is Minister-Counselor for Management Affairs at U.S. Embassy Cairo.  In Washington, Wayne has served in the Office of the Secretary, the Office of Overseas Buildings Operations, the Bureau of European Affairs, and the Bureau of Legislative Affairs.  Overseas he has served in Poland, Afghanistan, Belize, Uganda, Italy and Jerusalem.  Prior to the State Department, Wayne spent four years as a Marine Corps Officer, six in sales and marketing with E&J Gallo and Coca-Cola Fountain, and one as an English Teacher at Thessaloniki’s Kollegio Anatolia.  He studied at Harvard University (BA, ‘83) and the U.S. Army War College (MA, ‘07).  He and his wife Jessie Martinez-McDuffy have 6 children and several grandchildren.  Wayne is a native of Los Angeles, California.
