SEASON 1 ATHLETIC AWARDS NIGHT DATE CHANGE
Season 1 Athletic Awards Night date has changed to be now Thursday, November 29th in the theater from  5:30 - 7 pm. 

 

New League Meetings Announcement:

 
All meetings will be on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.
Scheduled meetings/ISSC presentations with Tom Archer from the British School of The Netherlands: 
 
  • 8:00-8:45 am - Parent meeting- in room MS115
  • 3:20-3:55 pm - Student meeting - in room  MS115
  • 4:00 - 4:45 pm - Faculty/Committee meeting- in room MS 115
  • 5:30-6:30 pm - Board of Trustees meeting- in Board Room
Tom has been working with the Athletic Directors and administrators of some of the current ISST schools and other known schools to create a new league for 2019-2020 and beyond. The new league is named ISSC. CAC is one of the involved ISST schools with interest in the possibilities that this new league presents. Tom will review the process to date in forming the new league, a tentative event table for 2019-2020, the participating schools, the season schedule for ISSC, and other points. We look forward to meeting with CAC community stakeholders on November 27, 2018.

 

Fall season ISST update:

On Nov. 7th the fall ISST teams traveled to participate in the ISST tournaments that took place at the host schools or locations listed below:


ISST cross country:

The cross country team travelled ACS Hillingdon- London.They competed with grace and style as they placed fifth overall as a team. Boys varsity placed second and junior boys third. In the boys varsity, Murad Barakat took silver with Ben Korte placing in the top ten. Caleb Lanpher led the boys junior with a second place finish

  • ACS HILLINGDON-London - Nov. 7-10.

ISST Girls’ Volleyball:

The Girls Volleyball placed 8th overall at the tournament at ZIS Zurich.

ISST Boys’ Volleyball:

CAC Boys Volleyball take Bronze over ASL, in an incredible 5 set match, winning the first two, dropping two, and taking the tie-breaker 17-15. Doesn’t get any closer. Doesn’t get any sweeter. Way to go Eagles!!

ISST Girls’ Soccer:

  • The girls placed 6th overall in the tournament taking place at AIS Vienna.

ISST Boys’ Soccer:

Boys’ Soccer came in 5th place overall, whilst only losing one match the whole tournament. They competed in a tough competition but still managed to play great football.

  • Overall results:

    1 loss, 2 wins, 2 draws
